Keith's 1977 Moog keyboard

Can anyone tell me what type of Moog keyboard Keith began using in 1977? I love that organ sqwelch sound he gets on songs like Estimated Prophet and Passenger! I think the Dead began using the coolest gear in '77. I am a big fan of Jerry playing the Travis Bean. Was it a Polymoog? Let me know!
