I don't see any topics on this but I was pretty interested, It seems like they are trying to recreate the real Grateful Dead, bringing John Kadlecik in, There first show is tonight, does anyone have info on this? I was hoping it would be on sirius but it's not : (

"If you don't remember, you can be excused. Cuz this can never be reproduced."
- Night of a 1000 Stars

Phil summed it up best with those lyrics.

I only saw them Saturday, but they were very "jammy" with a very Dead-like feel-unlike the Phil & Friends sound, John was awesome and they let him sing on many tunes. Unbroken Chain was excellent. I can't remember all the tunes played though...
Phil's son's band opened the show...nice pop-rock.
