Okay, I know this may turn political and I beg y'all not to but it's a really beautiful instrument.
In fact, by virtue of google searches he's got many beauties in his stable of bass guitars.......

The second picture is definitely a Rickenbacker stereo bass. Wouldn't know the model though.

Nice! I have a new found respect for huckabee. I thought he sounded good.

That's the Rickenbacker, obviously. Could be something in a 4001 as those are most common.

It seems that he favors skinny-necked, midrange-heavy basses, with natural finishes.

Watching the video now. Looks like he's playing the same bass as he is in the 2nd pic down, and I was right that it's a Tobias.

His right hand technique is somehwat questionable - certainly not how I'd teach my students if I had any. You can see in the top 3 pics that he's got his first and 3rd fingers on the strings - the 3rd may be for muting, which is fine, but it may just be resting there which is not good. In the video it looks like he's a first-finger thumper although he may be sneaking in some 2nd finger in there on the faster stuff, I can't quite tell because he's also a light-touch player. It's very similar to Geddy Lee's technique except it's much easier to see with Geddy because he beats the strings pretty hard. It's somewhat limiting but he gets the job done and that's what matters.
