I think you are missing a chord between the second Bb and the last C. Not sure what it is yet.

LOVE THIS TUNE. I just played along for a few. Below are the chord shapes in more detail. Lots of palm muting and hammers but here is the just if it (see notes at the bottom):
Capo 5
Verse:
G, Dm, C, F, G
Pre-Pre-Chorus ("I was standin at the corner.."):
G, G, G, G, Dm (first time)
C+, C+, F, F, G (second time)
Pre-Chrorus ("How can I..")
Am, G (first time)
Am, C, G (second time)
Chorus:
G, Dm, C, F, G, C+, G, C+, G
Outro:
F, C, G, F, C, G, F, C, G, F, C, F, C, F, F, G
NOTE:
C+ = x32013 or 3x2013 or x32010 (goes back and forth a lot pretty quick)
On the G he does a lot of hammer on's on first fret on the B string (32x013) listen along to get it right
On the F chord he hammers the 2nd fret of G string a lot (mainly during the transition from C to F in the verse and chorus)
Cheers and happy jammin. If anyone else has some good Jackie tunes, let em out of the cage!
