What begins to happen half way through is surreal. So many aspects of group and individual behavior are displayed that I don't even know where to start. I see social psychologists having a field day with this.

Yup---classic "group think" stuff. Happened after 9-11, happened in late 30s/early 40s Germany etc....at least that example is funny and harmless.

I was coming in the gate to the Phish show at Starlake last Thursday and it was rather quiet I thought...so after getting in and while waiting for my freinds to get through, I gave out a huge Woo-Hoo...next thing you know, security is looking around wondering what's going on as hundreds of freaks are all of the sudden howling and the like.

I'd call this a pretty extreme example. :lol: A cool one, too. Once a few people were in on it, it looks like a lot of fun!
