Some New music I've gotten lately.
1st. I've ressurected my old teenage thrill Jimi Hendrix-"Midnight Lightning". Some of you may know the production story behind this Post-Humous release, despite that, it really has some good blues. I had the tape when I was a kid,wore it out. Lost for 18 years I found it again on CD, coupled with "Crash landing"( also another release with the same story; also killer)
Midnight Lightning-look for Trashman, Gypsy Boy, Once I had a Woman, Machine Gun, Beginnings!
Just ordered some Live Commander Cody, Some more live NRPS, and some Flying Burrito Bros. Plus Gram Parsons solos GP and Grievous Angel.
Got into( a little) Burritos, by seeing them on "The Festival Express Movie" a few years ago. About a month ago my buddy burned me The Burritos Live at Avalon Ball Room 1969. Ouch!! That's all it took. Can't wait to delve deeper!
