I'm looking into buying a good MIDI guitar setup. Can anyone point me in the right direction, or give me some advice?

Roland makes a MIDI 'reciever' that sits between your bridge pup and the bridge iteself. From there they also make a MIDI controller with build in effects.

I've heard a few people use it and it sounds good especially considering the investment is much cheaper than a MIDI guitar.
