What's in a name--Bluegrass version

I've heard a few good ones over the years, especially from the world of Bluegrass. My buddy had a band called Tastes Like Pickin and now plays in Well Strung---both pretty catchy/clever IMHO.
Seems Bluegrass musicians come up with some of the best names. I've always liked the band Seldom Scene who are in fact just that....
Someone told me about a band last night that I thought has perhaps the best name I ever heard. They played at Delfest last weekend and I hear they're pretty good....
