hi folks,
in my rig changing effort, i just bought a new ibanez mc550, and im now looking for a clean amp that will dirty up nicely with a ts9 or two. my options are limited to these three listed above i will be running it through a 2x12 speaker (which im having the new guy zenbumspeakers build, i have to see pictures first though.) what sounds better? thanks.

I own a 68 DSR and 74 BMR. Both are great amps!

The DSR is BIG and clean the BRM is ROCK and ROLL.

If you opt for the SMS classic you will need a poweramp. That said all reviews are OUTSTANDING!!!

cool thanks, just out of curiosity, could i run the sms through an epiphone valve junior head and then through the cabinet? i only ask because i own a valve junior head and that would save me some dough for a couple more months

Sure. You could also drench an $80 filet mignon in ketchup but that doesn't make it right.
