He doesn't want to eat the 3 percent Paypal fee, so he can't say, "Paypal is okay if you agree to pay the 3 percent fee." Ebay will kill your auction if you put that in there now (they own Paypal).
Looks like someone snapped it up ... hope it was someone on here!
