just listnin to 7/18/99 and the intro on rukind sounds nothing like what the dead play, any help would be nice.

The only version I have is from Dick's Picks 17, from the Boston Garden on 9/25/91, and I could get the first half of the intro to sound like the one played, but here's what I have:

If that's not lined up, try to copy and paste it into notepad or something, but thats all I have on the intro. I'm trying to work it out completely, so if/when I do, I'll post it here.

Ok, this part is an edit from my above post, but feel free to answer to both posts. BUT...The post above mine....is it in G or C? I'm thinking C, but I can hear both. Blame it on the wine. If it is in C, then all I gotta do is move it down a step to satisfy my Bb perdicament, because I like that version a lot better than the one I just posted.

I believe mine is in the same key as the captain, just an octave lower with some differences. B and E with F#
