Tommy Emmanuel just played 3 sold out nights at my place here in central
California.
He is an Australian guitar picker that will completely blow your mind with his playing.
He is strictly acoustic but is like no other.
He puts on a show like no one else. I can't even begin to describe what he does
I don't think there is a better guitar player of his style in the world.
If he is coming in your area do yourself a favor and don't miss him.
You will never look at a guitar the same again.

And he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He was giving people little lessons before and after the show. A true gentleman

Yes! I've had the pleasure to meet him and have seen him in the neighborhood of 15 times. Those who enjoy Kottke, Hedges, etc would most likely dig him. He's definitely an incredible player and like you said a gentleman all the way. For those who have yet to do so, check him out.
