May 16th. Noice!

Very cool! Would have been slightly more cool if they had announced it before I bought tickets to Shoreline (and airline tickets and hotel, etc.).

Oh well, now I'll see two shows this spring!

I am so blowing off Shoreline and hitting the Gorge. Did I hear that the Gorge show also includes the Doobie's and Allman Brothers?!?

Tempting. I was really expecting to see the Gorge set for post-summer East tour, like August. Wonder if this may be taken as a sign there won't be a summer tour?

No, I was referring to Oregon and of course, the disputed territory of Jefferson.

Not sure I'd call it a movement. They made one serious try on Dec 3rd,1941, but events a few days later handily killed their chances of grabbing anyone's support.

Daughter will attend her first Dead show on the final show of what could be the final tour.

yea, thats kinda what i recall, I thought is around that time, but thought it lasted longer... oh well maybe later

I bought tickets to this show. I hadn't really been planning on going to see a show this tour. Too high prices, too Warren, etc. Ticket prices have seemed especially high. However, this show includes the Allman Brothers and the Doobie Brothers and for $101 ($118 after ticketbastard charges) reserved tickets, I thought that seemed fair. Plus, a chance for a road trip and a chance to see The Gorge. Plus, a chance to take off work for x days! Definitely more like I'm going to see a show (as opposed to a concert).

I'm _really_ hoping that Warren is good (in a Dead-sense).

Who else is getting to this show? And what do people recommend for camping?

Camping is in the lot! No B.S. It's like an 80's Dead show. Oh but they charge...

I'm there. Got tickets, but being a dancer, I only do the lawn scene. Plus, tickets were only $58 total, which for the three bands is downright reasonable. Yeah, camping is right there, you can park your car, set up your site and walk over to the show! Should be a good one! I'll look for rukinder's!

Pretty steep lawn for dancing at the Gorge (not that ever stopped me at Alpine or Irvine or ___ ) ... there are flat spots but those will be taken early by the family-minded, part of why I do plan on going in for the Doobs

We got lawn tickets too. 2 shows in one week, pretty cool.

FYI, if you haven't been there before... They search you just about as thoroughly as any place I've ever been, on your way in. Don't have anything in your pack that you don't want them to find.
