pick guard question

What kind of pick guard should I use to get "that tone". I just spent $789 on one that is supposed to be the best but I can't tell the difference when I put it on. The brand is a Japanese company called "urasucka"
Any suggestions?

That is a pretty reliable company. Their parent company is called Pree Tee Fuka Funnee.

If you paint your pick guard so that the top half is white and the bottom half is black, the guitar will start spinning around whenever the spotlight is on you.
