I'm a hater. Sorry, but for me the title of this thread shoulda been "Fucking John Mayer". Maybe in about ten years he will have done his penance and paid his dues to the blues God's and I will have forgiven him for suck atrocities as "Daughters" and "Blunderland", as well as just being the general tool he comes off as. I'll get back to you in 10 yrs.

I don't like his voice so much but man can he play the blues. I was listening to a set he did once on Archive and he did a bunch of
Hendrix stuff and he sounded just as good as Hendrix.

Yep... the kid can play, except instead of working a day job like most of us here he decided to make millions of dollars and become famous. I hate his commercial pop crap, but I'd trade lives with him.
