I knew (more "knew of") a founder of the company, a bassist named Heinrich who played in a local reggae band the I-Lites in the 80's, and his rig always sounded amazing.

I've never heard a guitarist play through Bag End stuff that I know of.

I saw that they have machined aluminum speaker clamps, does anyone know if they sell them?

Bag End stuff has a great rep and every time I've heard it (for bass) it's sounded amazing. Now that I think about it, why don't I play Bag End gear? Who knows. It hasn't come my way at the right time, I guess.
