A Jersey City councilman has reportedly been arrested for urinating on a crowd of concertgoers from the balcony of a Washington D.C. nightclub.

The New York Daily News reports in Sunday's editions that two-term Jersey City councilman Steve Lipski has been charged with simple assault.

The newspaper says 44-year-old Lipski was removed from a place called the 9:30 Club on Friday night.

That's after club staffers saw him relieve himself onto the crowd from a second floor balcony during a concert by a Grateful Dead tribute band.

Messages left at Lipski's council office, and a Jersey City listing under his name were not immediately returned.

Dark Star Orchestra. Apparantly he was so excited with Healy doing sound that he pissed on himself, and the crowd...

I was at the show and the guy missed me by about two feet. He didn't piss himself; he whipped it out and pissed from the balcony onto the fans and floor below him for literally about two minutes and tucked back in with a huge smile on his face. The crowd on the floor cleared a circle about 25' apart to avoid getting hit. Never seen so many people crammed into such a small space move so quickly... without anyone getting hurt. Security took him out and he was arrested, but even they were in shock and took a minute or two to react.

It was truly one of the most rude and disgusting things I've ever seen in public. What a total asshole.

leave it to a hudson county politician..... This is the most corrupt state, save for Lousiana, and the most corrupt county..... This shit doesnt surprise me at all. I personally apologize for this asshole....

I believe it was during Built to Last, becuase I recall the boys ripping into a phenomenal LL>Sup right after - but it could have been towards the end of Stranger. The jokes almost write themselves, don't they?
