Halloween Costumes

I'm essentially being forced into wearing a costume for work. So if anyone has any cheap, quick, and funny costume idea's Please share. There might have been a topic on this before in previous years but I couldn't find it.

We did this a couple years ago at my work. I think that dressing up for haloween for work is pretty stupid (kids holiday, IMHO). So I wore in jeans and a t-shirt (which is our policy for fridays), and I got yelled at for being dressed to casual/unprofessional. My response was: how the f' am I dressed to casual when the chick next to me is dressed as Grover?

We don't do Halloween after that.

Just go as a deadhead - you've probably got everything you need

I agree with ELPManticore go Deadhead. You know hair unkept, well worn tie dye, sandles, John Lennon glasses, bell-bottom pants. I know you must have some - if not most- of that tucked away safely in your closet. :)

That would be easy but most people at work already know I'm a dead head. I'm afraid they think I'm just coping out and wearing my normal clothes (even though I don't wear the tie-dyes much anymore) I think I'm going to go as a body builder. Even though I'm 5'9 140lbs. I'm going to draw some muscles with a sharpie.

My work is doing that same shit, damn I hate it.

I'm gonna go as someone who shows up to work everyday to get a paycheck and doesnt fuck around with all this silly shit. I dont go to work to make friends (if it happens it happens, but Ive been burned before thinking that work people, especially management, are friends). I dont go to work to have fun. I dont go to work to entertain people.

I go to work to do my job and collect a check so that I can buy guitars and guitar accessories. Also booze and herb. And whatever is left goes towards food. :D

Decided to go with the body builder but instead of the cut off with drawn on muscles I stuffed a grey sweatsuit with paper bags and put on some wrist tape. Like that Saturday night live skit with dana carvey and Kevin Neelan (sp?)

theCAUSE is having its annual Halloween bash tomorrow night (post Rat Dog in Munhall)....
the theme is "come as a character from a GD song"! Dressing up is cool (unless at work - yeah, that'd suck!) for Halloween shows, IMO....

I'm thinkin' Jack The Ripper. My wife is going as Bertha.

Now pappy has a great idea. That sound cool.

I think I would like to go as Dupree.

lol, if I could be a Grateful Dead character, I think it'd have to be Casey Jones, he seemed to have the most fun (until the end, of course)

plus, Tennessee Jed is already taken haha

Hey pappy, bet you're happy she didn't go with loose lucy! you'd be knocked out in some alley!
