betting against the odds

So if you haven't noticed, I haven't been around in awhile. The reason is the standard working class story. Lost my job, lost my residence, lost my band, lost my way. In other words, shit fell apart. I'm very close to having everything back in place. It's been difficult, but I'm almost there. I've got two new bands, A decent job, and hopefully a new apartment (I've been staying with my buddy).
So I made a bet against myself. I bought Penn State tickets. If my shit is fully on track as it should be in 3 weeks, I'll be at the show getting a helthy dose of stress relief. If it doesn't work out I guess I'll have to sell my tickets at the last minute. As I have no luck at all what-so-ever the odds are against me. However, I've busted my ass to put my shit back together and every now and again hard work actually pays off.

I've missed being part of this site/community. I'm very happy to have an internet connection again. It's great to be back!

Hey Spilly,

Best of luck to you as you rebuild. All it takes is hard work and determination and the willingness to never ever give up. You can do it.

thanks guys. things are definately looking up. I'm going to sit down in the next few days and do a follow up on that lesson I posted so many months ago. I'm also going to start a new one on right handed techniques, as always, let me know what your interested in doing and I'll try to work it into the lessons
