What are the two knobs for that are unusually mounted ?
Why there?

Those are the original fender knobs that come with the guitar. The knobs I have on there aren't original.

My bad - I thought they were operating knobs...

so you spent all this time making this guitar..why is it barely used? and why are you selling it?

I've asked myself the same thing, why am I selling this? I finally realized that with my level of talent I don't need a guitar this nice and regardless of the work/$ I've put into it I'd rather let someone else enjoy it more than I can in our spare bedroom and only while my wife and daughter are out. Plus, baby on the way. I still have a triple hum SG so I won't be completely axe-less and I actually like the shorter scale of the SG. I started the bidding at $499. Feel free to make me any offers. Sorry no sound clips or youtubes. I did have a recording of me playing it with a buddy of mine thru his old Mesa, but it was on a digital cam and has been deleted since. Still an hour and a half to go on the auction and only 1 bid. With all these comments I'm almost regretting selling it.
