There were two on there that I saw, two different "victims", but the person asking the questions is the same. They also sound like the person who did the video of the wrecked car with the Dead sticker on the back saying that the occupants deserved to die because they were listening to the Dead. Sounds to me like somebody out there has a real problem with Jerry. It doesn't get much more cowardly than taking shots at dead people. The guy is obviously an asshole.

This was on a different thread awhile back - it really is stupid.I dont think ( I hope ) anyone died for real.
I think its just a guy who works at a junk yard who thinks he's funny but is really just dumb.
He makes up the "funny" story for " laughs" ...
Also there is a "Jerry Garcia molested me " Youtube vid out there that is just stupid.

This is an old line of thinking and an attempted standard setting here by TS & self and many others that when offering a line that the poster says what it is since many of us are at work or have kids around and don't want to be surprised or even on dial up and don't want to waste 10 minutes.

ts has made this point before and from a consideration point of view it's a valid one; Seeing as a 'thread starter' has seen fit to share something with the rest of us it only makes sense to, if not possible in the thread title at least in the text of the first post, be clear and concise as to what the subject is for all and probably more reasons cited by ss.

It's simply about consideration - albeit this may slip by many in an innocent fashion.

To my bud who's likely still south of the border (he's gone) I don't detect the 'tude from ts that you do as much as it simply being another opportunity for him to raise this issue.

As I said no harm no foul. I understand the point and agree with it. I was unaware that the it had been made before but have been here long enough that that's not really an excuse. Again, I wasn't trying to irritate anyone. I say just let this thread die or even better maybe Ed or Greg can just eliminate it. It's not really related to the spirit of the site and for the sake of keeping the vibe kind, trash it. Peace.

HG - the line of "then don't open it" isn't applicable. Many of us are admins and don't have the ignore option.

Compared to a bunch of other threads this one is negative vibe ultra-light!
