Bickford Shmeckler's Cool Ideas (movie)

anyone heard of or seen this movie? i was sittin in my room playin guitar with comedy central on in the background and this movie came on. I wasnt watching it but all the sudden i heard a really good live version of scarlet begonias blasting. Their was a toga party in the movie and they were all dancin to some scarlet. Sounded like a 76 or 77 version. The movie was made in 2006. Anyone else see this or have any more info?
