Grateful Dead Music Forum

I must be some kind of idiot cause I just can't seem to get an image resized properly to make it my avatar. I get it down to the right size and it tells me I need a jpg. I convert it to jpg then I can't get the right size. If it's not one thing, it's another. If anyone can help I'd be most grateful. Thanks.
