At the end of the song when they start jamming, is Jerry using the major pentatonics or does he jam in scales? I am dying to find out. If you know please post it.

Can't believe no one's answered your question in 10 years! I hope you've found the answer but in case you haven't Jerry's pretty firmly within a D Mixolydian mode (i.e. G major) for the whole solo.
