GD Backing Tracks?

Hey y'all. Just shouting out in search of backing tracks for the the good ole Grateful Dead. I have been jamming to BT's for a little while now and have never come across any for download. Believe me when I say there are GB's of BT's available. http://www.guitarbt.com (just have a look at the NEW SONGS and Not Sorted Yet threads in the Downloads section). Certainly many of these tracks lean more to the metal and hard rocks sides but there are plenty of good, old-fashioned, rock-n-roll tunes, as well.
I have been digging on 'the Boyz' since I was a freshman in high school in the early 80's (YOW! has it been that long already?!?) I have dusted off my guitars in the last year after a lengthy hibernation. I no longer have have any jam mates as I once did as a lad. So playing along to the Grateful Ones would be awesome. Sure, I could record a simple progression and play it back for jamming or even play along with tapes and SHN's from Live Archive, but its not quite the same as having a fully-orchestrated, and produced track with guitars, bass, drums and whatever else, specifically recorded for jamming.
I have made a couple of very simple ones. They're fun- but getting old. I recorded a 'Fire on the Mountain' jam using M-Audio Pro Session. I inserted a drum track and repeated it to the length of the track. Then played a few bars of the bassline and looped that throughout. And then used the same process to layer the guitar rythym. I even added some latin percussion (maraccas, clave, etc) to enhance the feel. I didn't need to get that fancy with the second one. Its a 'Crazy Fingers' jam. I simply used an audio editor to cut about a 90 second section from the original track and looped it. Creating the transition was somewhat of a challenge- I'm no audio technician or engineer. But it doesn't sound horrible and is fun to play with.
Anyway, this is where I ask if anyone else has recorded or created any kind of similar backing tracks. If so, please respond. I would be happy to share what I have and hopefully get a few more from y'all. And if you are interested in recording some of your own, I can give you some information on the hardware and software that I have used or currently use.
