I probably dont know some of the tunes are Dylans-hes got so many great ones.

masterpiece or visions of johanna, love when JGB does tangled up in blue, Melvin Seals adds so much to the song.

Grateful Dead DID play that song from 1991 - 1995.

The greatest Dylan tune of all-time, in my opinion of course, is and always will be "BALLAD OF A THIN MAN," and WAS covered by the boys in 1988. If you can find the version from Hampton 88, I HIGHLY recommend a listen. Bobby goes OFF (in a good way) vocally and Jerry's solo is PREMIER....why they didn't choose that version is beyond me....WAY better than the one that appears on "Postcards From A Hanging".

Second fave is "Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again."

+1 To all that, including show suggested (I think it appeared in "download series."

I also heard the "rebreakout" of Visions of Johanna in SLC in 1995, which was fan-frickin'-tastic....

It Takes A Lot To Laugh, hands down. 6-10-1973. I just downloaded it from Speedingarrow.net this morning. Wow. Speedingarrow has everything! To name a few: David and the Dorks 12-15-70, Jefferson Airplane House Jam 10-28-69, Stephen Stills' first jam with the Dead 12-10-69. GREAT stuff!

It Takes A Lot To Laugh . . . and I never liked JGB's version of Tangled Up in Blue. Ill always prefer Bob's original.
