Can't say I didn't see this coming from the very first one in '02. Always been glad I sold those tix and went to the Dead reunion in Wisco instead. Even got to hang out with Welnick for a few hours. That first was the only one I even considered going to.

i cant believe how shitty a setlist they have for bonnaroo. cmon jack johnson, no ones trying to go to sleep at this thing! i heard lolapalooza was pretty good but who is going to waste their money and time at this festival?

I've been to a lot of festivals, and I can say the best festival around is GratefulFest at Nelson Ledges (nlqp.com) If you guys are sick of all the big ass festivals (like i am) check this one out, seriously. Its big enough, not too small or big. All dead family, 4 nights of DSO. Best times of my life (i'm only 20 so i've never seen jerry). Anyone who hasn't been there should go. DSO just fuckin kills it every year, best DSO performances/set lists ive ever seen. When this festival is taking place, something magical is happening... It's like jerry is watchin over with the biggest grin on his face.

vegoose is the next to go. it is also in the superfly production family. Go Mtv!

i hate bonneroo just as much as the next person but i was taking a look at the lineup on jambase and it doesnt actually look half bad. Well Let me rephrase that, it looks like there would be enough good bands to keep you away from the bad ones.(Phil, ABB, DSO, YMSB, Little feet, Bluegrass Allstars, Derek Trucks, Willie, Umph...) Still not going though. I definitly wouldnt want to stumble into the metallica show if i was dosed

i'm probably goin to mountain jam, it's not too far from me. i would love to see phix at langerado, hopefully they'd at least play night one of big cypress. this bonaroo proves that bonaroo is DEAD

i cant wait to see phix man, didnt know about them till I started researching langerado's lineup. how do they expect to draw in the heady crowd at bonnaroo with all these un-heady bands?
