Nice job my friend, keep at it! Love you voice, and just listening to you play is very easy and relaxing. Still need work on your soloing, but it's gotten much better than the last time in terms of timing your notes and what you're playing, so nice job on improving there!

I really enjoy just playing your stuff and kicking back and listening - almost picked up my guitar to play along w/ you but I wanted to finish reading here. I'll be looking for the next session.

You've got the singing down PERFECTLY. Very chill and relaxing. There is a lot of soul in your voice. The acoustic guitar sounds great, very folk/bluesy. I didn't like the WahWah effect on the solo, but thats just my style. Doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the song, which sounds clean and earthy.

Thanks for sharing, I enjoy the music you have posted so far.

Keep em rolling!

Wow... much, much, much better than I could do! IMO the Wah effect is great. Keep up the good work

What would you suggest I could do, in terms of practicing to improve my soloing? I know that my phrasing is bad . . . its hard for me to get a grip on it though . . .

I liked the wah, kind of like John Martyn on the 'Solid Air' album.

Well first off, stop thinking it's bad, cuz it's not. Have confidence in what you do (which I think you do) even though it's not as good as say, Jerry Garcia. Point is to enjoy it yourself, first. Then others will follow suit. I think what you're doing is the right thing - that is to say, whatever you've been doing between this clip & the last is vastly improved, so you're on the right track. Keep trying to learn & apply some theory to your knowledge, and practice it along with a bootleg, and not just of the Dead. Practice with all sorts of musical influences so you gain a range of backgrounds to use & apply.

But, for me anyways, trying to "tell" someone what to do is a hard thing to do, because quite frankly, I can't. That may not make sense, and it didn't to me when someone once told me the same thing, but I figured it out, with the help of some friends tips and this place and some studying, and eventually realized what he meant. You've gotta find your own way home, and I think you're already on the road that's gonna bring you there. Liberty, man. It's all about Liberty.

Sorry, don't mean to sound like I'm waxing philosophical on you.

Anyways, your phrasing needs to keep getting better I guess, but hey, who am I to say? I like what you're doing and I think with a few more months you'll be even better than this clip, just as you were the last one.

PRACTICE. I guess that's the jist of it.

But seriously - it sounds really good. Keep posting, please!
