as u can probably tell by my name, i am a mule fan.
but the past 7 mule shows i've seen, there has ALWAYS been a soulshine, including rege soulshine. do any mule fans out there agree that warren should let soulshine go for uhh lets see 10 years.

dont get me wrong its a great song, he should let it go in my opinion tho

Funny that you mention this topic...

I can't seem to get away from it either...even at Allman shows...."Soulshine" is always there....

I totally agree with you that it is a great song and I have came full circle with this....When I first heard it, of course loved it, then it seemed to always be played and I was beginning to get frustrated, then heard it again, and again, and so on........

Now it's just funny to me when I hear it.....not that I'm dissing the song or Uncle Warren but rather.....well as you know it's always there......now I realize we can't get away from it so I have came to really appreciate this song and respect the hell out of it......I mean if a man like Warren likes it(cause he plays it so much) it must mean alot to him, he does not pull it out to make pussy's wet kike a "Satilite" or "Crash"(not dissing Dave just hear me out) but I guess he just love it....

To conclude my ramble, next time we both were it we will have huge smiles on our faces and laugh cause well.........why not god damn'it CAUSEITSWARRENMUTHAFUCKINHAYNES!!!!

haha yea i took a bunch of friends who never really listen to mule to see 2 nights ago... before the show i called soulshine as the closer and they thought i was some kinda genius when it actually happened...

(kinda a dissappointing show by the way... i was expecting a lot more)

I've got a friend who is not really hip to the whole jam band scene, but loves that song.

I Saw Gregg Allman w/ Warren a couple weeks ago and they closed with it....as many times as i've heard that song over and over...I still love it.

I love Soulshine, Warren can play it as much as he wants I won't get tired of it.
I'm really enjoying the reggae/dub/Mule from their latest, Mighty High, release. Its a bold venture for those boys.
