Arpegio's/Sweeps

How do you guys practice these. I'm Talking about the kind of shit that is in you enjoy myslef?
Practice Practice Practice.
My old guitar teache taught me to first just memorize the Arpegio's. Then add different run patterns. I found one for you enjoy myself, If I find it I'll hit you up.
