Live shows Podsafe?

I've been thinking of doing a GD live episode of my new podcast, but would it just be me talking or could I actually put some live stuff in the background?
I'm thinking of something from the Nov. 73 show I got the other week. I think it's also on a Dick's Picks, but I wouldn't be using the official version. And anyway, it would be underneath my voice, talking about the music.
Any input?
