A little GD Photoshop-ery

So this started out in my head as a desire to make a visual representation of Brokedown. It turned out almost nothing like I imagined(mostly due to my photoshop inefficiency), but it has a distinctly Jack Straw feel to it imo.
Anyways, its 1024x768 cause thats the max res I could upload to photobucket at. I have other rezes if anyone wants.
Its surely a work in progress, but if anyone has any cool ideas lemme hear em, cause it still feels like something is missing.

Enjoy!

That looks very good. Nice job. Some useless suggestions:
--If the skeleton could be "playing" the guitar, that would be cool. Tough to implement I would think.
--If the skeleton is "playing", have some notes float across the water, in the air, etc.
--A skeleton dog right to the left of him would be awesome
--His skull/neck doesn't seem to colour match the rest. It's a bit too bleached.
--Change the sky to a nice bright blue.
Just my first thoughts besides, 'damn this is good'. Again, excellent work. I'd like to see some more.

Has anybody here seen that shirt "What do you do if you see a bear in the woods?"
It has the GD bears peaking out from behind the trees on the front
then on the back it says "Play Dead' and thye're dancing?
I'd like to see that done in photoshop

It's cool! I love how the colors on the guitar match the colors of the trees.

I like the sky the way it is, it looks real, like you're really there. As for the hat - looks good but if you look close it looks a little off/cartoonish.
Awesome job though!
How do you do that?

I had alot of trouble with the hat. Guess you could say it was a game time decision to leave it on. Problem was, it sits at a different angel than the skeleton is facing. It deff. needs some work.
As for how I do it. Well, I just get real bored at work, and since I work for a university I have access to some nifty software. And having time to screw up over and over again makes things eventually look decent.
Thanks for all the positive feedback.
I like the idea of a skeleton dog.
Also, as a little easter egg you might not have noticed, the skeleton is missing a certain finger. You gotta zoom way in tho
