HAs anyone ever heard the Brian Jonestown Massacre? They are a great band from the mid 90's. They aren't very dead lke, but they are great. They are like the velvet underground kind of. And you should all see the movie DIG. It is a documentary about them.

Yeah they are a really crazy band. Really what it all comes down to is that their all just a bunch of jumkies. but the front man is a musical genius.
