Here's a video that I think anyone will appreciate. It's very long (1h 45m), but it's worth it. This is a lecture given by a professor at Carnegie-Mellon. He's been diagnosed with some sort of liver cancer and he has anywhere from 3-6 months to live. His lecture isn't the normal boring-ass academic stuff, but about dreams and achieving them. He talks about being an Imagineer, stuffed animals, virtual reality and the dreams he had growing up. Truly inspiring.

There are a lot of younger folks on this board and while I think this video is great for anyone, I think younger folks might be a bit more inspired than old fogeys. :) This might be especially useful to anyone who is at a crossroads in their life and not sure where to go next.

If you watch the whole thing, beware--it got awful dusty around here towards the end of it.

I know that this video is really long and a lot of people might not have the time or patience for it, but I can't recommend this highly enough. Please set aside some time and watch it.

LOL! What is the cut-off age for old fogey?

Since I'm 34, I'll set the old fogey bar to 35. But that bar is moveable. :)
