Damn strummin, thats a hell of a setlist. Starting a show off with Day Tripper, West LA, CC Rider and then Dire Wolf. Thats hot.

Oh, man, that brings back memories. I remember starting to get high just as Day Tripper started. I had just decided to spend some of my last cash on one of those large beers that they charged an arm and a leg for and the band started up and it spilled as people danced and the next thing i knew, the show was off and running and all was well.
Well, at least until CC Rider, so I went to visit a taper friend who could calm my nerves, with Opus on his mike stand, and this guy knocks over his mike during CC Rider and I have to leave from there since it's starting to get ugly and the band brings me around with Dire Wolf and the set never seemed to end, Jack Straw seemed to keep going, I love it when it was later in the set and they were warmed up...

But I liked the '85 Richmond show (that ended up as a Dick's Pick) better...even though my friends got busted for smoking in the show, I had lost my shoes, was sick, it was raining, people crashed the gate...oh the memories come flooding back...I need to work on my book...
