i don't know how to explain it!!
the energy of the place was immense, people dancing in the isles, everyone with a giant grin on their face.
the band was SO tight together, with a wave of bobby's hand, a complete new direction was taken with no one falling behind, and there were surprises in every direction.
the jam from althea>scarlet and the scarlet jam were nothing like i had heard before. there was a trumpet (keller's mouth) solo which added so much flavor!
i can't wait until it's up on archive!

Im goin to a Phil show at the Greek Theater, can anyone kind of explain the venue? Never been there before.

that's a different greek theater (berkley) mine was in LA

Sounds like a good ole time. Intriguing set list for sure. I have to say that every time I hear Ratdog these days they sound tired, but maybe they have a new wind behind them. Is this a new tour or just a few gigs in the area? Glad to hear they tore it up.

they left out the last "flight of the sea birds, scattered like lost words" verse, and brought it back after a nice smooth jam!
