Small stage, small crowd.

Jackie Green is an incredible young talent from Placerville, CA. He plays keys, guitar, and harp. His song writing skills are almost up there with Dylan and Hunter. I have watched this guy evolve since he was a teen and I really love the fact that Phil has taken him under his wing. Unlike Mr. Adams, (in my opinion) Jackie really deserves this opportunity.

I am sure some of you won't agree with me but check Jackie out and give his songs a listen.

Yeah it is too bad Ryan was having drug troubles during the time he played with Phil. Since then he has sobered up and put out an excellent album, "Easy Tiger". His band The Cardinals have been tearing up this latest tour and I think given another opportunity he could really impress a lot of the deadheads that dismissed him early on.

Looks like fun. Phil just looks so damn happy. Wish I coulda been there.
