Some great bands mentioned so far.
Grateful dead / Garcia
Robben Ford (any band he is with expept the yellow jackets who were also good)
SRV
David Bromberg (live)
Larry Carlton
It is tough to only list 5. and it can vary depending on my mood.
My list is really poor, Jerry died, srv died, bromberg retired and robben ford and Carlton never plays here in Florida.

Beyond a big two or three its tough. So many others wash into and out of the 4 and 5 spot. I was tempted to toss Iron Maiden or Tool in there.
