Where are my tix??!!

I ordered my tix to both keller and sts9 for redrocks off the internet in early april. The shows are coming up and i still dont have my tix. When i went to their webpages i couldnt find any where to complain about this. Has this happened to anyone else and what should i do so that i get my tickets on time?

rev this happened to me for a DSO show just last month. Umm they only let you complain within 48 hrs of the show. But if you really wanna complain just look for a phone number and call. There HAS TO BE a phone number. What site did you go through? And yes this is kinda inappropriate for Guitar forum lol

But nevertheless, if you ordered them of ticketbastard, call them. And if you ordered through gdtics, either call or email Ruby.
