Looks like a rather slow and plodding site with not much to really see.

Except for all the sweet ass free downloads of tasty GD morsels in the Taper's Den section. Now if only Rhino would get their shit together and start pumpin' out some releases.

As in the Zen Tricksters????? Anyone know.

Also, Phil looks like Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) here:
http://dead.net/band/phil-lesh

hmmm, under bobby's it says:
He is married to the former Natascha Muenter

What does the word "former" mean in this situation? That now she's Natascha Weir?

Seems to me to be very commercial in some places and just a place for heads to hang out the rest of the time. Don't we have that here?

oh THAT... new look to a very old site.

I keep meaning to get reacquainted with folks over there but it's such a vaaaast discussion area... I think I have just enough spare time to spend here. The great thing there is that it involves ALL heads, not just musicians... and of course the HUGE wealth of recordings that are shared there.

Yes. They've been playing together here and there for a while now...caught them together last summer I believe. I get their postcard mailers sporadically which list a few shows at a time....mostly in NY state and thereabouts. Donna also plays with a configuration called kettle Joe's Psychadelic Review (or something to that effect). I think Airto also plays with her in that band.
