since it's about to be summer i figured I'd start looking for some clinics or workshops to keep me fresh until school this fall. I looked on yahoo but i didnt really find much, does anyone know of a nationwide directory or any reputable programs you've had experience with?

I've had no experience but the Fur Peace Ranch is the only one I've heard about with 100% positive feedback.

I've been to Fur Peace Ranch twice and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone going there. The place is phenomenal. It's expensive (I haven't gone this year, so I'm not sure how much it is for 2007), but worth every penny.

I get a flyer for the National Guitar Workshop every couple of months. It has always sounded great and I've been tempted to attend (the closest one for me would be Seattle) but have never made the treck. People have told me it's great, but no one too close to me. The are having a jam band clinic this year in CT! Anyhow, here's the URL:

yea I can agree its expensive but I can only imagine what you'd learn if you went there and really applied yourself. I wish there was an aid program like financially. alas, I don't come from a rich family and its too soon to save up so maybe next year.
