what do i have to do to get started and download these, i have a user name.....but what must i do to get them.

Start from the begginning, talk slowly, to make sure i can understand hahahaha.

not registered there so not 100% sure, but i think all you need (except for Good Lovin) is a torrent client. you can hunt around and see what you like, but i use uTorrent.
