Ill be jamming away with my TB1000S directly thru my Fender Super 6 Reverb to some Dire Straits Alchemy and then i shall pop on Alpine 82 Ive really been studying this China>Rider

Nice! I was recently shopping for a Bean but before I found one, I came across a Brownface Pro loaded with a D-130 and ended up with yet another amp that I don’t have a Bean to play through!

Maybe 2026 will be the year I finally get a Bean, but in the meantime I have another killer amp to play. It’s not the best choice for Jerry tone but it is a lot lighter than my Twin Reverb and your Super Six!

I guess I'm the odd man out in the sense that acquiring yet more gear has never interested me less. If I never acquire another new (or new used) anything, I'll be rolling in everything I need to achieve all of my musical goals for the rest of my life. And I know, I'll cop something new soon, too, but just because I'm a hypocrite doesn't make me wrong! Though I do have some mods to existing gear in mind for the new year. And also, if one goes out, another may come in. So, here's to 2026 bringing us more musical acumen, songwriting skills, lyricism, camaraderie, jams, and, if we're so inclined, cool new gear, too.

I hear ya! I am generally downsizing, but still looking to add a few key pieces of quality over quantity. The Brownface with harmonic trem was a long time want, and this was an incredibly pristine example at a good price. At the same time, I am unloading 3 low wattage tube amps I haven’t been using. I am also sending two guitars on and maybe a third, so a potential Bean wouldn’t reverse the trend either.
