Greetings and salutations!

I have recently hooked a Fender Combo head to a 1x10 cabinet. The tone stacks are bass and treble. I have a 10 band EQ and need to know what frequencies to boost or cut for my Jerry tone.

A good starting point is lots of treble and minimal bass.

Bill is, as usual, on the money.

But FWIW, don't fret much about so-called standard settings for anyone's tone. Just sit down with your guitar, amp, and equalizer, turn the amp's tone stack dials, fine tune with your equalizer, use your ears, and when it sounds good to you, it is good.

Regarding zeroing out the bass on your amp, many folks don't understand how the Fender tone stack actually works. When you zero out your bass, you're not literally eliminating all of your bass. Rather, you're raising the cut off frequency of your bass response. Read this for the details: https://robrobinette.com/How_The_TMB_To ... _Works.htm
