Mutronics Mutator what is this???

Hey yall. Came across this today on Reverb.

I thought I knew about most MuTronics gear out there, but this one is new to me. Anyone familiar with it?

I suspect the Mutronics Ltd. company in London is a different company than the Mu-Tron company in the USA.
