hey y’all, i was wondering what mode people typically would use for improv/solos on the other one?

im pretty new to using modes and how they work, and ive seen posts on here saying use E dorian or E mixo, but in all honestly i really just want to know a general census on what sounds best.

and further, if anyone has any cool licks or fills jerry uses i would love to try them out
