Hey all!
I've been wanting to do a Cowboy Fancy-ish mod by add a single coil to a Les Paul style guitar (2 Volumes, 2 Tones), making it an HSH. But adding an independent Volume and Tone.

I want to keep the 3 way switch for the humbuckers, while being able to control the single coil independently in any position without having to switch into it.

I've scoured the internet but I can't seem to find any pre-made diagrams to help me, and everywhere I've asked I've been told it's not possible.

How about one volume one tone for the humbuckers, and one tone one volume for the single coil. That would require (4) pots so you wouldn't need additional pots.

One of the pots for the single coil can be push/pull to activate it at any time.

I had a guy wire my SG Cowboy with 3 tone pots and 1 master volume.
