Rotary Switch Wiring Question

I am turning my SG into a tiger(ish) styled guitar. That being said, i am using a 6 way two pole rotary switch for the pickup selector. I am thoroughly stumped on how to do this wiring. I have looked all over at different diagrams and I cannot figure it out. I’m going for the following positions:
1) bridge
2) bridge & middle
3) middle
4) middle & neck
5) neck
6) neck & bridge

Could anyone possibly draw a diagram or give some advice?
Thanks!

Consider getting a Freeway switch - made in England. It is a three way toggle that has an up and down position that gives you six options. It also retains the look that you would find on a Gibson style humbucking guitar - no guitar body adjustments required.

I have a freeway switch for 335 Gibson style guitar, does the job flawlessly. I use it for 3 p90’s:

Bridge
Bride/middle
Middle
Neck/middle
Neck
Neck/bridge
