Why is this listed as part of Anthem?

On the page that lists Anthem of the Sun tabs this is listed as the first song. Is it an error? Was this song in it's early stages around that time?
I'd like to know

That’s strange. The Anthem link doesn’t even open for me. It just defaults back to the first page of the Album list.

Oh yeah? Well I don't even SEE Anthem on MY list of albums...
