Dan Erlewine made it for him - only used for a handful of shows in November 1971 if my memory is correct.

I have a hardtail Strat I'm thinking of converting to a tuneomatic/stoptail, to narrow the string spacing and raise the strings away from the body a little for comfort.
I'll need to shim the neck pocket also.
